PRO Exterior Awnings

I had a Sunsetter Shade installed July of 2022 and had issues with it 2 months later. I called serval times to no avail. I have called 7 or 8 times between September 2022 and October 2023. Most calls were not returned. Chris said they closed for the winter and his employees leave the Cape. My shade still does not work properly and no response from Chris or his company...

Terrible and so sorry we chose Chris N of Pro Exterior. He will not answer any of our emails regarding the side panel he ordered for us that we cannot use. We began dealing with him since April 29th

Chris and his team from Pro Exterior Awning were outstanding. Chris came out right away to perform an estimate, left a physical copy of the quote as well as an emailed copy. The ordering process was simple, and the turnaround time was shorter than expected. The install took just about an hour and the only signs of them being here is the brand new awning on the house. The install is clean and it looks like it was made for the house. Very pleased with the job performed and it came out better than I imagined.

Working with Chris was excellent. His crew installed my awning and roll-down privacy screen perfectly and everything was spotless when they were done. I've already referred Pro Exterior Awnings to my friends!
