I ordered several DVDs from IWM DVDs and I have not received themI contacted the business several times with no responseIt’s been almost a month with no resolution

I placed an order on 12/25/for $ I was supposed to receive tracking/shipping information within 24-hours, but never did I sent different emails for assistance over the past ten days, but no response

I ordered a DVD from this company on line on 4-17-and days later I have not received my order I have sent multiple e-mails which is the only method of contact and had no response Unfortunately I used my debit card and have had to cancel it This company now has my cancelled debit card number, my name, address and phone number and my work address They have everything they need for identity theft After not receiving any response to my inquiries I googled the company and see that there are multiple complaints for the same thing
