We would not recommend working with Pro Dispatch-24 for numerous reasons: unprofessionalism, bad customer service, and unresponsive. After attempting a number of times to contact the owner, Dmitry via phone, text and email to resolve an issue- he has not responded.

On 22 January 2020, the customer came into the agreement with Pro
Dispatch 24 to receive truck dispatching services. The purpose of these services is
to book loads on behalf of the carrier through contacts and effort of Pro Dispatch
24.
As stated in the Profile Form, the customer's requested rate was $2.15 per mile.
However, as it turned out, the customer wanted to get that rate on all miles
including his trip back home empty, which means that his desired rate per mile was
actually at $4.30 per mile, which is way above industry average.
A load with the accepted rate was booked by Pro Dispatch 24 and accepted by the
customer on January 27, which is a direct proof of the fact that the services were
provided. The load was then cancelled by the broker, which is something Pro
Dispatch 24 doesn't have control over. The dispatcher started working on getting
compensation for the customer for the cancellation of the load. However, the
customer left the load pick up facility, which made it impossible to receive the
compensation.
After this incident the customer did not get in touch with Pro Dispatch 24 to
continue receiving the service and said that he does not wish to work with us any
longer.
As the customer was unhappy with the service, even though the load cancellation is
something we are unable to control, I offered the customer to have another week of
services for free in an attempt to get a second chance to build a good relationship
and hoping to continue working together in the future. On February 10 customer's
subscription for dispatching services was renewed with no extra charge; however, I
was unable to find the desired rate per mile for two days. I started calling through
all my contacts and searching for alternative lanes to offer to the customer, as the
market rates on the lanes he requested were much lower than his expectation.
On the second day the customer sent me an angry email stating that I am a liar,
a cheat and a fraud. After this I decided to discontinue providing the free service to
the customer.
The full refund has been compensated to the customer in order to close this issue. We deeply regret that such situation has arisen and hope that this case can be closed.
