Pro Deck Services

On March 15, 2016, I entered into a contract with Pro Deck Services for pressure washing and to apply a tinted sealant with anti slip grip to our concrete pool deck for a cost of $1,433.00. The result was very substandard. The sealant bubbled on the surface which resulted in permanent marks on the pool deck. Jason attempted to correct the problem but was not successful. Since this was nearing the end of the season, Jason stated that he would return in 2017 and would refinish the pool deck correctly at no additional cost since it was already paid in full.
I called Jason in the spring and he stated that he would be out to fix the deck when he became available. Several weeks later I called him again and he told me to be patient and that he would come out when he could. Since then Jason has not returned my calls. I have called him on multiple occasions and none of my calls have been returned.
