To whom it may concern:In response to the complaints against Pro Concrete Systems, I have never not addressed issues or complaints I had changed my phone number and notified my clients or I guess most of my clients! I will address these complaints before month’s end and set dates to repair these jobs I was foreman for my sister when she owned Pro Concrete Systems jobs to be exact and only one of these complaints is from that time frame I took over Pro Concrete Systems in March of this year I am my own secretary, worker, scheduler so on and so on I get over whelmed having A.D.Dbut will never neglect a client on purpose period! I will contact you again when I have addressed the issues and set dates for repairs.Sorry for the inconvenience

Subject: Re: Revdex.com COMPLAINT # [redacted], I just checked the Revdex.com web site and see that Pro Concert Systems did reply to the Revdex.com sometime in Nov., which I was unaware???  [redacted] (I assume) states that he has never ignored or failed to follow thru with work or issues and would take care of these complaints by month end. He states he changed his phone # and may not have given it to everyone. You should know that I sent a confirmed letter to them (him) Oct. 26 addressing the issue once again and asked for a reply within 30 days which was again ignored. I called and left messages July and Sept., Revdex.com did not get a response in Oct. and I again was ignored in Nov. to the letter mentioned. I have a letter going out to Occupational Licensing tomorrow about problems with Pro Concrete Systems. [redacted] of Pro Concrete Systems doesn't seem believable when all he had to do was contact me with a resolution. He has my phone#, messages, letters and a contract with me and has yet to contact me. Seems hard to believe he always handles business issues properly without complaints, I can't be the only person with issues he's ignored. Worth mentioning too that this business seemed to fall off State records (assumed out of business) the end of July. His response seems more a ploy to get that "F" off your web site or some other covert plan. Job was 6/5/16,

I received your letter and attached letter from Pro Concrete Systems concerning my complaint, ID No. [redacted], against Pro Concrete Sustems.As of this date, November 9, 2016, I have not been contacted by Pro Concrete Systems by phone, mail, or in person. Therefore, this complaint has not been resolved.  In the letter from Pro Concrete Systems, the representative states all complaints will be addressed by the end of month (November).  I would like to keep this complaint open at this time until resolved.
