Pro Cleaners

I have had many issues with Pro Cleaners with their lack of customer service, friendliness, communication, professionalism, price altering, and lack of attention to detail. On Saturday, September 10, 2016, I picked up 3 shirts for regular laundry service, my bill was $41.02 in error, again.
Consistently, I have had issues with accurate pricing when picking up my laundry. I always have to audit/check the bill to make sure the price stays consistent, which it doesn't. I have brought this to the owner's attention and his daughter. Nasreem told me to "take my business elsewhere". I called Sahill, and he informed me he could not make changes since this was a family owned/operated business. Nasreem never smiles, is extremely rude, argumentative with customers, and does not listen to the customer's feedback and comments. I will NOT recommend this business and highly discourage anyone from considering Pro Cleaners for their laundry service needs...
