Our company has been doing business with Pro Carpet for approx. 2 years. They are very professional and great at what they do. No surprises. Quality work. Competitive price. Shawna is a great dispatch. Farron is great at extracting almost anything from a carpet. The only weak link in that company is Gary. Al the owner I have dealt with several times. Very personable young man. I have no regrets with dealing with Pro Carpet. Money well spent.

First used them to clean our rental unit in Burnaby and they did an amazing job. Carpets look brand new. They were able to get out cat urine odor and stains. I have then referred them to two other family members who both have had positive experiences.
