We regret there was a pricing error with this vehicle and any inconvenience this situation caused the customerThere was a communication error between our inventory system and the company that hosts our website causing the price to be incorrectAs soon as the issue was brought to our attention we
manually overrode the incorrect price posting the correct price
There has been three other instances which know of where this happened during the last monthWe are working with our Website Host to make sure never happens againFor the record there has not been numerous instances as stated in this complaint and we are taking this matter very seriously including constantly monitoring the units on our Website to be sure they have correct pricing
Just to be clear this unit had the correct price in our Inventory Management System the entire time but was only priced incorrectly when transferred to our Website Host to be posted on our websiteWe are working diligently with our Website Host to determine what happened and to make sure it will not happen again as there was no intent on anyone’s part at Pro Caliber to misrepresent the price of this vehicle
In light of the inconvenience this may have caused the customer we offering him a $Pro Caliber Gift Card
