Do not buy from procaliber.com I ordered mounting brackets and saddle bag staysI received a damaged package and items inside were scratchedWhen opend the package I found two of the right side mounts insted of one left and one rightI tryed to contact them by all meansI sent emails, put customer service inquiries from there website and tryed calling there phone number over and over with no one ever answeringThis dealer should be put out of business the are total fraud

RE: Complaint # *** *** September11, 2015 To WhomIt May Concern: Thankyou for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Mr*** dropped his bike off at the end ofthe day on a Friday 8/21, so we were unable to get to it until the
followingweek (We run a skeleton crew in service on Saturdays). Our Service Manager had it looked at thefollowing Monday 8/24, we found that the bike had a failed engine seal causedby an incorrectly installed vent hose from the factory. We promptly ordered the parts at that time, theparts arrived on 9/1, the bike was repaired that same dayHonda and ProCaliber are covering the cost of the parts and labor on the repair. We were in contact with Mr*** duringthe repair process, keeping him informedWe have since delivered Mr***’smotorcycle back to him and Mr*** seems happy at this point with thoserepairs.
