Two installers responded to her first complaint and her that in their opinion, there was a condensation problem from under her washing machineWe had installed a drip pan initially but she instructed us to remove itWe did not tell her that the washing machine was installed improperlyOn our last
service call on the morning of 7/16/we showed customer large water stains on wall, there had been a severe down pour & water came in at window levelThe drain line is below concrete flooring & would be impossible for that to be a problemThere was a leak at the toilet tank which we corrected with a washerThere is ceramic flooring in p/r so no damage was done to that flooring
12/27/16*** *** previously had work done at the commode area by another contractor I told her that we would install ceramic tile flooring but the new floor would follow the contour of existing level No pressure was put on *** *** to go forward with the work The price of
the job was more than she expected; but she wanted the work done, so she agreed to terms The age of an installer or the fact that he might have worked late or by himself is not relevant. The increase in price was due to her wanting a more expensive vanity & faucet which needed a more complicated installation due to the location of her supply lines, and leveling the floor.*** *** picked out the vanity & faucet herself The amount of the upgrades was $ She complained about price, so to satisfy her I charged her $which she agreed to and paid. A good while after the work was completed *** *** called for service regarding work that was not our responsibility I told her we would send someone out to address the problem & asked her to pay him directly for the service call in the amount of $& she agreed. After the service was done she refused to pay At that point I told her that the warranty was voided. Many months later *** *** called for additional service & I reminded her that she voided the warranty for non-payment We did both get loud & I hung up
