issue*** *** purchased a *** *** *** from our dealership on June 10, After arriving back in town on June 12, Monday afternoon and reviewing the paperwork, I took notice that not everything was completed properlyI then called *** *** and asked him to come back in to correct itI made him aware that I would explain each and every detail as we did*** *** left our dealership thanking me over and over again for seeing to it that everything was done properly and understood the circumstancesAbout a week to days later we were notified by *** *** that the check engine light had come onI then informed him at that time that we would be more than happy to take a look at it for him and find out what was going onHe had made it clear that he did not live very close to usWe then made it clear that without seeing the vehicle that we were not able to diagnose the situation*** *** continued to call back and harass my employees with vulgar commentsIt was then that the manager had informed him that we would not have conversations if he was going to continue down that pathThe formwhich *** *** refers to is a *** *** that I have included in here where he has purchased the vehicle as it is from Silverdale yet has a extended service plan through *** *** that supersedes his as is statusAs stated in this letter previously I went Over personally with *** *** all of the paperwork and had made sure that he was aware of each and every form prior to signing itI have included with this email all the forms in which *** *** still signed are with his own signatureWe are still willing to help by looking at this vehicle and work to resolve this issue** *** has asked us to cancel his *** Insurance and we have complied with his requestThank you for your time in this matterPlease feel free to call me for any additional information.Jeff S***
