[redacted] tub has no shower door to keep water from escapingThey have only a shower curtain which is what they requestedThis requires more dilagence at keeping an eye on any water that may escape and drying with a towelWe are not insinuating they do not keep a clean house all we are saying is extra attention is required for showers with only a shower curtain to contain waterWe are willing to repair the issue with the tub and leveling it at no chargeThe customer's main issue is that they are unhappy with the tub To replace the tub is a much different situation which will require workers for 2-days and additional materialsTo replace the tub will cost $2,500, but we will level at no charge the existing tubsincerely Dennis W
