Pro Auto Export

Review: I bought a 2007 Chevrolet K1500 vehicle online I wired the money from my bank to the company's bank account in the company's name Pro Auto Export. The bank name is The cir citizen bank in Delaware on Tuesday the 9 of may 2015. I keep calling the company and I get no answer if and when I hear from them its via email. I checked on their site for the whereabouts of this company and the company can not be found at the address given I called the business located at the address and they know nothing about pro auto export. The day of the purchase I keep asking for a receipt of my purchase they said it would be emailed to me by evening I still haven't receive it however I only have an invoice. I did a little research about the company no one knows of it and only to find out the business is not registered. I called the bank I cant get no info on this company. Its over a week and I can't get no information on the vehicle, I called the police and I was given this site please I am asking for your help. I sent pro auto export an email a few days ago and I haven't heard from them since and I can't seem to get them on their phone.Desired Settlement: I need to know if this business is legal in the USA,or are they scammers. If they are illegally operating and stealing innocent people's money I need to know. I just need my money back please
