Our GE refrigerator stopped cooling over the weekend. I called Pro Appliance Service, LLC Monday morning. I spoke with Penny, and she was great to work with. Jack availability meant he would be out the same day. He arrived within the scheduled time-window. Proceeded to diagnose, in consultation with GE product support (as an authorized service provider, Jack was able to get access to GE experts quickly), a complicated and nuanced issue with our refrigerator. He was friendly, efficient, and thorough.

I called Pro Appliance for repair on my front loading washer. He repaired it, taught me how to better maintain it and then I had a fridge that wasn't working and he fixed it too!
