This company busted my 42 inch flat screen TV and only offered me a lousy $100 compensation.

Review: On August 2, 2013, I sent a request to this company to move my household items from a Public Storage into an apartment. On August 8, the owner offered August 14 as the moving date. The date was changed to August 19. On August 18, the owner stated he did not have me listed on the calendar and was very unprofessional, sarcastic, and degrading in his e-mail correspondence. If he didn't have me listed on his calendar, that is not my fault. That was his responsibility.

Please note: This company moved me into storage the end of June 2013. I paid cash to the movers, as this company discounts for cash payments. I also gave a cash tip to the three movers. It should be noted that it took the movers over one hour to make a 5-minute drive from the condo to the Public Storage facility. It was no secret that storage was a very temporary situation and I would be moving out ASAP. I have every e-mail communication from this company for both the June move and the August situation. I also have photos to show the condition my belongings while in storage. I am aware how a professional mover packs wood furniture to move and to store furniture. This wasn't it!

I did not file a complaint with the Revdex.com immediately as I wanted to make certain this was not an emotional complaint. I believe that the e-mails and the photographs speak for themselves.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the cost of the second move plus tips to the movers which was conducted by the moving company who conducted the August move.
