These accusations against Pro1collision are false, as ** *** had body work done by *** and decided that he needed mechanical work done as well by the business located in the back of the same building *** *** *** *** *** ***This was entirely two different
transactions with two different businesses owned by different men. *** *** would be the one responsible for leaving the pry bar inside the motor and any other mechanical failures. *** *** was not successful and closed their business shortly after ** *** had his work done. He came back with some issues to find they had gone out of business and *** decided to try and help him. At no point did ***n install or tamper with his remote start or his backup camera, and ** *** took the truck to Auto sports plus and had them inspect it only to determine that the original install was not done correctlyThen Auto sports plus contacted ** *** and made him aware of the incorrect install done by the original installer. ** *** was never charged to do an alignment, nor was he ever changed for a new pitman arm on his truck. It took longer than expected to fix the truck due to two faulty steering boxes that the auto parts supply store reimbursed labor and parts to *** ***At that time a new GM steering box was purchased which ** *** had to pay an additional for the upgraded box but was not charged additional labor. *** knows this to be true as *** *** was in the same building and *** tried to do everything they could to help rectify the situation. ** *** was given what he had paid for plus additional costs that he was not charged for** *** left with his truck in excellent working condition for the repairs he paid for. It is unfortunate that the situation took as long as it did but unfortunately we do not have control over the manufacturing of the parts** *** is wanting another alignment free of charge when he never paid for the initial complimentary alignment performed by *** system due to the time it took to do repairs. *** told ** *** if he would like another alignment that *** *ystem would gladly help him out because they also went out of their way along with *** due to the faulty steering boxes to resolve this matter. *** has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation that was not our responsibility and still was not able to satisfy the customer ** *** If ** *** would like to contact *** for further assistance we would gladly help him again at a discounted rate.
