I called my warranty company to have my heating systems looked at for loud air flow. The owner [redacted] called me right back. Came out the next day, looked over all 3 systems thoroughly and was so pleasant to deal with. A very nice guy. Wrote down everything that he checked. Was adamant about me calling him if I had any questions, didn't matter when (non-business hours) It is very refreshing to have someone who is very thorough and knows what customer service is all about. It's a rare commodity nowadays. Will definitely refer PRM to others!
