[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the response is a lie, and there were no issues with the cash register on the day of my purchase, and the following day when I returned the item The following day when I returned to the store to return the item expecting the full refund amount the lady was speaking in Punjabi (which I understand) and told the gentlemen to only give me $back She asked me what happened, and I told her I no longer needed the item The gentlemen operating the cash register did not know the tax rate in Falls Church, VA and asked me as he attempted to figure out the tax on the $item on his cell phone He then became angry and explained they (the store) had to pay a fee to process my return to my card and that is why they only refunded $to my card.I do not consider myself a customer of Priya Fashion anymore and will not be returning I will accept a check for the remaining refund amount but I will not drive back to the store to collect my remaining refund balance Regards, [redacted] ***
