I have already been in contact with client once againI was a little slow in responding to a couple emails due to a back issue which had me laid up for about daysWe also had a few material delays which was out of my control, but since then we have been back out to the house and installed all but shutters, which the rest will be going in next weekWe only sell real basswood custom shutters and Mr [redacted] was informed before I started the process that sometime we have to wait on the wood to arrive, and I will not use a wood substite just to make sure it gets done quickerIve done houses on his street and they all done the same way!

It is now the 21st and Window Statement (Corwyn) has still not paid the remaining balance due to me. I left him a VM yesterday the 20th asking what time I would receive my check and he has yet to reply. [redacted]

Had a disagreement with manufacterI'm giving her a refundI have already returned half the money, will be giving here another injection of money this week

Parts should be in this weekI will have it finished and out to him the end of next week
