andeffort to repair. As noted there was some damage to the ceiling in the bedroom which requiredrepamtmg. The problem lies in the complaint were "[redacted]" her son (engineering student)temporarily repaired the rod mechanisms, but the problem continued during the 6 mo lease. Ipersonally inspected the drape pulls prior to move in and they were in working condition. Theproblem lies in "[redacted]'s attempt at "Drapery Repair 101" which I believe he failed at. The issue isbetween [redacted] and Mommy; My [redacted] won't have done that. So in conclusion we have returnedthe $75.00 withheld for repairs & damages, we have since changed our protocol with dealing withissues/ people in the above. We take pride in each and every one of our units, if there was an issuewe would have corrected it, but the fact it was only pin holes in the drapery.Sincerely,[redacted]
