I have left two messages for Mr***, to discuss the issue with his deck. I have checked our records and I have not received any calls or requests from him that the deck problem had come back I have checked both spam and junk mail and did not see any email inquires. The

I'm currently working with Dolphin's General Manager (Scott) to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it; though, a solution has not yet been identified I will accept once a solution has been agreed to and we are moving forward

In regards to his emailWe did send the deck company back out.I have not heard anything from the deck company, only because since the deck is out of warrantythey would not contact meThey will contact the homeowner direct. Thank youBarb
This is a completely statement Barb left voicemail I reached back out to Barb via email and have exchanged several emails with her Including sending pictures of the problem I can provide this email chain if requested. The concrete company came to my house this week to look at the damage He was going to look at notes on how my deck had been repaired previously and get back to me on the best way to resolve the issue.Dolphin pools is not off the hook yet The repair is not finishedAnd the statements made in their response prove they are still trying to dodge the problem
