This process server picked up papers from the court that were NOT intended for her. She took it upon herself to TAKE papers that were for another process server and serve them upon defendant. Then she proceeded to send us a bill for her services.

Private Legal Process, LLC attempted to serve me divorce papers on Christmas day. My husband answered the door and did not allow the paper service on Christmas.
This is a new low. What human would find Christmas day or any holiday for that matter an acceptable day for paper service?
