I ordered boxes (place settings) of china dinnerware almost months ago, and I still have not received my orderI've called multiple times to see when I would be receiving my order but I keep getting excusesI recently asked to speak with a manager on two different occasionsI was always told they were all in a meetingThey would not allow me to speak to a managerI finally informed Adrianna that I would contact the corporate officeOnce I stated that, a supervisor emailed meThis still is not okayThis company should not be taking customer's money if they do not have the product they are sellingIt is inappropriate to make customers wait almost months for their purchaseThe website should state OUT OF STOCK when they run out of an itemInstead, they say BACK ORDERED, and they make customers wait months at a timeThis is poor customer service
