Ms. [redacted] chose to enroll in a 30 day no obligation trial membership to Privacy Patrol, an Identity Theft Protection Service, in Decemember 2014, and...

then decided to continue with her protection plan. Her protection plan is $9.90 per month and she asked us to bill her [redacted] Credit Card ending in [redacted] on the first of each month for her monthly monitoring. As per the request of her family, her protection plan has been cancelled and we issued a full credit back to her credit card for the full amount. Thank you for your time in this matter.
