We have had the Pristine Solutions International Water Softener & ROH system in our house hold for years now, installed August We are constantly have issues with this systemWe are supposed to have the system inspected yearlyAt the one year mark that came & inspected it the systemThe second year we kept calling & leaving messages for someone to call us back to schedule an inspectionA whole year went by & they kept ignoring our messagesWe had a leak with our ROH system under the sink that they finally came to fix what was causing the leak & to inspect the machineThey blamed us for loosening the seals on the ROH system, how can we loosen the seal when we were never given any tools for this systemSince they took a year to come inspect the machine & because of the leak we had to replace some of the filersSo we decided since you took a year to come see us, we will pay you over a year time span for the cost of the filtersWell of course it has been another year & of course it is August we woke up this morning with our ROH system [redacted] out water & the seal attached the main water pipe under the sink [redacted]

I have held this stock for months now and its worth is zero "0"I call that BANKRUPT, am I right?
