New address *** * *** ** *** *** *** ** XXXXX-XXXX I purchased a set of seven seasons of "The Closer" through this company Upon receipt, one video was opened and we tried to watch I am hearing impaired and require closed captioning These videos did not have captioning, tho the box has CC on the back The box indicates that the Bonus Material was not Closed Captioned which is fineEffort was made to find a way to watch these and have captioning appear on the tv screen This could not be done I contacted Pristine Sales and chatted with Matt via online *** He informed me he was co-owner of the business and could not help me because I had opened one of the seven He said they would not accept the other six since one of the seven had been opened I wanted to return the six for a refund This is not allowed I was told I was informed that they were "just the distributors" I asked for information as to whom I could contact....he said he did not have that information...H
