Pristine Publishers, Inc.

On Sept 30th, 2013 I placed a web order with Pristine Publishers for a book titled: [redacted]. They confirmed the order and promised shipping in 24 hrs. As of today they have not delivered the merchandise, neither the $23.99 charged to my account. Since Oct 15th I have tried to contact them to two email addresses ([redacted]@readysetgofitness.com, [redacted]@40speed.com) and two phone numbers ([redacted], XXX-XXX-XXXX) with no response. The only response was from XXX-XXX-XXXX where a lady said "wrong number...I have received many calls for Pristine Publishers". The attempts have gone all the way to last week.Product_Or_Service: BookOrder_Number: XXXXXDesired SettlementI want the book for which I paid or else a full refund:$23.99
