The owner of Pristine pools is a cheat and lair He made all kinds of promises about setting up our pool for days and once we paid him , he never came back He took the money and ranCountless excuses about supplies not being in, thunderstorms and even went low enough that his daughter had seizures Who knows what to believe at this point I hope his daughter is ok but the excuses go on and on and on He took the money and ran He lied all the time about everything and provided nothingConcerned consumer

Pristine Pools of Greenwich is unprofessional and the worst company Ive hired in many years. Owner Jay Frost took a deposit and basically disappeared. They never performed the service and he refused to refund our deposit. Im not sure how a man like this stays in busuness but I would strongly recommend staying far away from this company. Dont be fooled by the fast talking and promises!
