Pristine Clean Auto Spa & Detailing

I went to have my car washed and cleaned inside. I didn't get my car washed because it was too cold. The men were told only to wipe down my vehicle (seats, dashboard, etch.) and vacuum. They did an incredible job. One of the guys told me he had a hard time putting the vents on but they were in the back. The next day I noticed all 3 vents were off and under a passenger seat. One of the vents were broken in 2. The following Monday I approached one of the men who started my vehicle but denied breaking anything. The next day I talked to gentleman who did struggle with putting them on. He did admit to taking them off but denied breaking them. I was told that any damage done to my property was my responsibility. I talked to a manager and she reassured me that she would get in touch with the owner and get back with me. It's been almost 2 weeks with no response. I never asked for my vents to be taken off and cleaned. I appreciate the extra effort but my vents still haven't been placed where they were positioned before they cleaned my vehicle.Product_Or_Service: Car washDesired SettlementI would like the broken vent to be replaced.
