Our owner did try and offer a compromise with this customer but he was not willingThough the customer was rude and created a scene in our lobby we have come to an agreement with the former owner regarding this gift cardWe would like to make this right with this customer and offer him a full refund for the amount owedPlease have him provide contact info so we can mail a check
