I made a purchase through this company's website on December 4, 2019. I ordered 3 wireless headphones for my kids for Christmas. Before I made the purchase I contacted the seller and asked them how long shipping would be. They informed me that shipping takes about 7-10 business days. When I did not receive my products within that time frame I reached out to the seller several times and they just responded with the same generic email saying we apologize for your delay. We are working on getting your product. After a month went by I demanded for them to either tell me when my purchase would ship or could I just get my money back. They still have not responded to me. At this point I just want my money back.

I placed an order from prismpods.com on December 17th 2019. The money for the order was deducted from my account, I received a confirmation text. I have heard nothing from the company since. I never received the product or any other communication from them. I’ve tried calling, sending emails, and the chat option on their site.

Ordered 12/5/19, CC charged that day and now on 1/15/202 still no product and no refund! They are a scam company

Purchase made and charged for on November 26, 2019 for total of $31.25. Merchandise (wireless earbuds) still not received as of 1/14/20. Contacted company several times by email and they have made no attempt to resolve or refund.

Made a purchase Nov 21st, I was given a tracking number which concludes it was never shipped. I have sent over 30 emails to the company and they will not respond. The phone number and their chat function are a scam.

I am rejecting this response because:I have emailed them and called them over thirty times and they would not respond. There are countless webpages of complaints with the same issue. I want a refund. I highly doubt they sent anything and I would hope you would not trust there word. Please ask them for a tracking number and keep checking on the tracking number it will never actually ship. Even after all of this they have still not returned any of my emails.

I ordered a pair of prism pods on Nov. 27, 2019. My credit card was charged $37.99 including shipping. The headphones never arrived so I emailed them. They finally replied on Dec. 21st with a USPS tracking number and a promise of a delivery prior to Christmas. Today is January 7, 2020 and they have still not arrived. The tracking number shows that the package was never given to the post office. I’ve called the number on the website at least a dozen times and just get a voicemail system with no return call. I’ve emailed the company and get a canned response saying essentially “Sorry for the delay.” This website is obviously a scam and they have now stolen $38 by not delivering a product I paid for.

This item has still not been delivered. The USPS tracking number they gave us (***) is still showing that is was never even delivered to the post office. We have received no product, no refund, and no further contact from prism pods.

I am rejecting this response because: Like I said in my previous comments....the item was NEVER delivered. We have received absolutely nothing from Prismpods. They claim that the delivery was delayed. That's not true. The delivery was never made. I'd like them to refund my money. Again, no delivery was every made. We have not received any product or even a valid shipment tracking number.

I ordered November 29th. Received a order confirmation stating 5-10 business days to process orders. I gave it time and emailed them asking for a ship date and this is the exact response,
"Hello, we have a 5-10 Business Days processing timeframe during the holiday season.
Although it’s rare, delays have been known to occur occasionally.
Do not be surprised if your order takes longer than usual, it is the Christmas holiday season which is celebrated Worldwide.
Please be rest assured that if your order is beyond normal timeframe, it will be shipped priority as soon as possible and received before Christmas."
I then received a email stating they created a shipping label December 26th but the item has never been delivered to USPS for shipment. I have emailed and asked when the item would ship and have not received a response and it has been 9 days. I have disputed with my credit card company. Do not order from them.

This company is non responsive
After over a month of getting product they shorted me 1 of a total 3 ordered
Than instead of looking into
They merely called me a liar
I have the original bag and weight and when I asked them to provide me the weight so I can determine what happened they never answered back
I merely want a refund for the product I never received
Their phone number and their chat do not work so I could never get anyone on the phone to discuss

I never received the product I paid for.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have still not received the item I ordered and had sent the company an additional email requesting that the order be cancelled and my payment refunded yet the company never responded nor did they refund my payment.

I ordered 3 sets of the PrismPods on 12/11/19, order #***, $101.17. I received an email thanking me for the order, but I have never received an email stating it has been shipped. I have messaged the company via email and phone without a response. I am sure I have been scammed. Any assistance would be appreciated and if the company is a fraud, it needs to be shut down.

I am rejecting this response because: The order was placed on 12/11/19, and I emailed the company on 12/23/19 for an update on my order and shipping. On 12/24/19, the company emailed and stated they would have it shipped as soon as possible. I sent another email to the company on 12/25/19 stating if product had not shipped I would prefer a refund since I had to get another gift. I have not heard from the company since. My money has not been refunded, and I have note received the items ordered as of today's date, 01/27/2020.Thank you,***, consumer

I placed an order on 11/28/19 for three prismpods for a total of $101.31 charged to my credit card. The receipt popped up and looked legitimate. It looked like the receipts when you buy from Groupon. I received an order number, but I never received the email receipt as the receipt said. I attempted to call them multiple times, but only receive a recording stating to leave a voice mail I have left multiple messages but no call back. I have not received any part of the order as of today. I have sent an email requesting a refund. I doubt if I will ever hear anything at this point. THIS IS A SCAM! it appears multiple have reported issues over the past few months, but they are apparently still in business and committing fraud!!.

Hello, we are not a seller from Groupon. This customer, like all customers, was immediately sent an auto generated confirmation receipt upon checkout. The customer’s emails were returned, and the order was fulfilled with a 1 week delay.

I ordered airpods from Prism Pods and it seemed like a good deal except they never were delivered. the site is a fake and they take your money and never send you anything. I called the customer service line and the answering service doesn't even say the company name and my emails continuously went un-returned. Please do your research before ordering. Prism Pods is a scam!

I am rejecting this response because: I never received anything from the Prismpods. I have proof that no delivery was made and also have the tracking number provided in my confirmation email that states the product never even made it to my state. I have an email stating that my product was to be delivered to Saint Charles MO. The tracking number provided never confirmed that and it was never sent to MO at all. For some reason it was sent to TX. This appears to be a scam of some sort. I have submitted copies of all this in the emails. I contacted them and wa told it would take longer than expected and then no response at all. Please investigate further

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the air pods I ordered, Please provide proof of delivery. I have sent copies of the delivery schedule and also showing that the tracking number provided says that something was sent to Texas. I placed an order that was supposed to be sent to Saint Charles MO. Please provide a detailed explanation as to where my product was delivered and also the USPS tracking number proving that it was received. I would like a full refund as I have shown that your company is not credible and my next step will be legal action to ensure no other consumers fall victim to this scam.

I placed an order for a pair of ear pods for my grandson on nov.25th. they said they would send me an email when they ship. well after not hearing anything for 19 days - calling them with no answer and leaving messages and no call back, 2 emails later I get an auto message that it takes 5-10 days to process the order , ok thats fine its been 19! the email also said they will be here before christmas. that is yet to be seen. If I dont receive them I will be filing a dispute on my card for a refund. If I do get them, I will not order from them again

I purchased 4 of their products online on 11/19/2019 and have not received my products. I have tried to contact the company via phone, email & instagram message and have not received a reply about my products. It seems to be that this company is a scam. I spent $131.25 and still have not received anything.

The pre shipment label is all that has been printed according to the emails I have received from the company & USPS shipping notices. I have not received any products or any refund as of today. This company is a fraud. Please do not waste your money. I ordered the galaxy prism pods for my son for Christmas. They came damaged and were not as pictured so I contacted the company for a refund. This is the exact response I received....

I made a purchase off this company website on October 30th 2019 whicg I have never received my order and the company never answer the phone and created a fake shipping label on November 13 2019 thinking it would keep me quite, but still item never shipped and I still havent received my order.

I ordered a product from their website on oct 10 2019.
I received a realistic looking receipt claiming tracking would be provided soon.I never got the product or a reply of any type.They are very scandalous on their site terms,refund policy,etc. Looks to be a fake company that needs reported and punished.I filed a dispute with my credit card company.Seeking refund.

I've ordered some Bluetooth "PrismPods" for my sons iPhone. After a few frustrating days trying to figure out how to use these devices, I've reach out to the company trying to figure out why did I received a different device than what was being advertised. The response that I received back was because I ordered the 2018 model. I explained to the company that I didn't ask for the 2018 model. I thought I was ordering the one that was being advertised.

I ordered a product from PrismVision via their website, ***.com. When filling out the shipping information, my computer auto-populated an incorrect address which went unnoticed. I noticed the error when a confirmation email was sent. I emailed *** shortly thereafter (and prior to the shipping confirmation) requesting that they update the order with the correct shipping address. This email went unanswered or ignored. The product was shipped to the incorrect address, stopped by USPS, and “Delivered: To Original Sender”. I contacted the company via email 7 times (in total) and by phone several times via their *** number. The second email was responded to by stating, “The order has been fulfilled. Have a nice day.”. There was clearly not enough exploration into the order to provide a meaningful response. After giving them the benefit of the doubt and a chance to redeem themselves, each subsequent inquiry went unanswered for several days. When I informed the company via email that I was challenging the charge to my bank account on the grounds that I have not received the product and all attempts to contact them went ignored, the company finally responded minutes later. They did not respond by looking deeper into the order details, only said,

“Hello, we will simply respond to your chargeback with the proof of shipment by our company. Which will in turn, reverse the temporary credit you are rushing to speak with the bank about. Thank you very much.”

Certainly not a “customer is always right” response. I expected them to acknowledge that the product was returned to them, and that I should be refunded the purchase price in return. I take ownership of the first error in the shipping address, but after 10 attempts to contact them in a multitude of ways, I expect to come to a just and equitable outcome. PrismVision through their *** website has proven to be incapable of providing satisfactory service. I would exercise caution if your order requires any actual service whatsoever.
