I hired Bratcher through my real estate agent to inspect a humidifier system in a house that I was interested in buyingMy agent told me that I needed to give him $for their service/inspection fee, that he would give it to Bratcher, and that this needed to be done in advance So I didI wanted to know if it was functional, even though the sellers had not been using itMy realtor told Bratcher before they went that it was not hooked up to a water source Here was their report: "Humidifier does not have a water source or humidistat...No further diagnosis can be made without water source or humidistat." So they charged me $to tell me something I already knew, and that my realtor told them before they went to look at it When my realtor complained, they refused to return my money
