Frankly, I don’t even understand the complaint because it is not coherent. However, from the email address of the complainant I am aware of the issue at hand. Below is the email regarding the property in question. The chain finished with me asking questions of the complainant in order to move forward. The complainant never responded. Complainant left a very long and rambling message on my voicemail after business hours on 5/1/19 with no name and a difficult to understand phone number. I was able to discern the phone numbers down to two and called both the next business day (phone record attached). One was clearly not correct. I left a message on the second (correct) number explaining that I did not have voicemails from him as he claimed. I explained that the property was still available and that if he wished to still pursue it, he could contact me via phone or preferably email. There has been no contact from him since. If someone speaks with the complainant, please inform him that the property is still available and he may make an offer is he is still interested. Please also let him know that there is supposedly another interested party considering making an offer based on an email I received earlier today.Thanks,BobBroker/OwnerPriority Realty, LLC
