t.n***@txppi.com; 'Amber R***Subject: COMPLAINT #*** To Whom It May Concern, On 2/1*/201* at 7:18:11PM a complaint was received by the Revdex.com, concerning Priority Protection & Investigations, ID #***, by a one *** ***After internal investigation we have discovered that this claim is without meritThe “Shadow Tracker GPS” unit #M-00*was returned to Mrs*** on 2/21/201* along with the invoice for the security service our company provided to the *** *** *** HOAShe responded via e-mail (which is included with this document as proof) in this e-mail she states that the “Shadow Tracker GPS” unit #M-00*was returned, also that she purchased a new one for $discrediting her claim that the “Shadow Tracker GPS” unit #M-00*cost her HOA $3*Mrs***’s Desired Settlement “The GPS Tracker [unit #M-00*176] belongs to the *** *** *** HOA and we want it back…” was resolved prior to our receiving this complain via the Revdex.com on 2/27/201*Additionally Mrs*** communicated via e-mail she no longer wanted the “Shadow Tracker GPS” unit #M-00*we returned to her; instead she wanted the cost deducted from her final balance, the “Shadow Tracker GPS” in question unit #M-00*is still in Mrs***’s possession, if she would like $deducted from her balance the “Shadow Tracker GPS” unit #M-00*will need to be returned to Priority Protection & Investigation before the balance can be amendedWe have upheld the promises made to Mrs***; our company strives to exceed customer’s wishesMrs*** received the quality security her association needed, but was still not appeased; therefore on 2/13/201* we informed Mrs*** that we did not believe her association and our company would not be a good fit for a continued business relationship, relinquishing ourselves of any duty to the *** *** *** HOA hence forwardThank You for your help in the resolution of this issue Office: 832-*98-*** Priority Protection & Investigations
