HIGHLY RECOMMEND Priority One Power Wash! Jared and his crew are fantastic! We had never had professional home power washing done and sought out various estimates. Jared was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done on our home, and even cautioned us against some things other companies were willing to do (we have a slate roof which needs extra care in power washing which the other companies didn't seem to take into consideration.) In addition, we had requested a full patio re-sand and seal, but on the day of, Jared knocked on our door to tell us "save your money for 2-3 years." Once they were prepping to do the work, they realized the original seal was still good. He saved us significant money which we never would have realized! While washing our property, he also took note of some potential future issues (not directly related to services HIS COMPANY offered) but did so because he knew we didn't have visibility to these issues and wanted us to be aware. Jared is extremely responsive via email and text and kept us up to date every step of the way! He's an honest, hard-working and extremely knowledgeable business owner and we're grateful for his expertise and attention to detail!
