Absolutely not satisfied with work and treatment. He cleaned the upholstery in our truck because my 89 year old father-in-law urinated on carpet and seat. He charged $95 (too much) and the truck still smelled. When I called him on it he said it was the cinnamon scent he used to clean it. It still smelled of urine but I let it go. I mention to him that my husband is a roofer and he asks for his number saying he has work for him because he's so busy he's had to turn down a few jobs. The next day my husband helps him clean a restaurant. During the course of the day the owner of Priority One, [redacted] borrows my husband truck to buy a gadget he needed. He couldn't use his van because the waxing machine on the van was being used. He WRECKS the truck. Apologizes profusely, says he'll pay for the damages using his insurance but then suggests that we "say" his van hit our truck! We refused. He said that his insurance agent is "his client" and "she'll make it work". No we weren't going to commit fraud! Needless to say, we went through our insurance and he refused to pay anything. Very unprofessional, careless and downright a fraud. This is the gist of the situation.
