Review: I ordered 10 boxes of Sodium Chloride Sol Mini-Bag 100ml 4/pack from their online website on 9/*/2014 (right now, sodium chloride is on backorder for most companies nationwide). My card has still not been charged, but I have tried to cancel the order, and the "customer service" people that answer the phone states that [redacted] is who I need to talk to, but he never returns a phone call or message. On 9/**/2014, I left 8 messages (I left one hourly)--no return call. The "customer service" people are an answering service and they never know when/if he returns calls or even exists.
