I attempted a refinance and incurred late charges and an appraisal I should have never been asked to pay for$for these items
I spent over months with this company attempting to refinance my homeThey drug this out so long and month by month kept telling me to wait to make my payment- then I incurred late fees- I have in writing that they agree to pay those backBig problem is, the refi would have never gone throughThey gave me hopeIO had a foreclosure not included in a BK and I now know that the guidelines are strict and they could have never completed this workI paid for an appraisal that was not needed because the loan was never going to be fulfilledI found this out after the fact

I applied for a mortgage loan It was not approved and they didn't tell me until I contacted them
My complaint is that while a person is going through the loan process the company calls/emails to make sure you do everything they want My FHA refinance loan apparently was not approved but they didn't even call/email me to tell me that Because of their actions I was late on one mortgage payment and would have been late on a second mortgage payment if I would not have emailed them I have asked for an explanation but have yet to receive one Very bad business practices and I want people to know what they are getting into dealing with them and I want my $late fee back that they caused me
