I do not own the vehicle any longer - it was recently traded. I would like a refund directly from the dealership as requested MONTHS ago. Also - I contacted [redacted] via email about this issue a while and never heard back, so why is he only responding via the Revdex.com complaint now?

The funds would be credited back directly to the lender.  We advise Mr. [redacted] to contact his lending institution directly to verify that funds were received.  This was processed by our dealership a while ago, but due to a glitch in the Revdex.com system as we are a new account for them, this...
