Review: Using this lawn care business was a problem, as the owner, Marcel L[redacted], would claim to be able to do different projects, such as shrub placement/knowledge, care for different areas of land and putting in patios and stoneworkUnfortunately, we paid upfront for our entire season (from spring clean up thru the entire fall and also for the laying of a stone patio)To our dismay, Marcel was negligent in preparing for the patio and lax on getting the work done for which he was paidThere were several deadlines that we had set, but these were ignoredWe did try to speak with him on the subject, but we were told that other customers took priority as they were new and also that he did not actually have a crew working for him, it was only a three person operationAfter not being able to complete the work, he told us he would refund all monies that had been paid for services not renderedHe has yet to refund any money at all.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the monies that we overpaid refundedThis amount to be refunded is $
