RIP off company and worst customer service. I ordered a blanket my package never arrived and no one in customer service will get answer my phone calls or emails they just took my money

I placed an order online through Allentimus and the transaction was processed through PayPal by Printzily. I asked to cancel the order the same day (Sunday) and Monday morning they said they couldn't because the order was already packaged for shipping. I thought, fair enough. Well the order status is still saying not shipped and now I cant get ahold of anyone. I would expect if the order was packaged for shipping to a point you couldn't return the item, it would ship that day or very soon after.
This company and all affiliates need to be shutdown. They are taking advantage of people buy pretending to sell face masks for the current COVID-19 epidemic and scamming countless numbers of people.

Ordered masks through this company on 4/15, order numbe*** for $90.07, multiple attempts made to arrange for refund, no response via email, no phone answered, no delivery update. It is well beyond the shipping timeframe, yet no shipment.

Do not order from this sight!! It is a scam!!!

This company apparently funded the garbage mask company ***. *** which is a fake company that charged me 100$ for masks during a crisis and never responds to emails and is a completely fake company. Just look at their website, Its fake. They cant even spell masks correctly. I emailed them 5x and demanded a refund and the garbage company refuses to acknowledge. Oh that's right, its not a company, its just a single person in Houston stealing money.

I ordered 2 mask from this sight on 4/9. I have yet to have received them, today is 4/18. I have tried to call the company several times to inquire on when I will be receiving them but no one never answers the phone. I have also tried to email them several times and they did respond by asking me for the product number and I sent it too them but haven’t heard back from them since.. I had ordered from another company this past week and received my product with in 3 days of ordering.. I’m very upset at this company.. I will think again before ordering from this company again!!! Worst customer care ever!!!

I placed an order on April 10th, 2020. I have received no communications about my order despite my card being charged. This business is impossible to get ahold of and at this point, it seems to be a scam site.

I bought a purse through Printzily on line and never received it. I tried texting a complaint and never received reply. I called the number listed for this company and it was not working and also sent a letter
registered letter in which was sent back undeliverable. I am very upset because I did not get my product and was charged on my account for it. Evidently this company is a scam.
