Review: I had placed an order for a textbook on April [redacted]. I called to inquire about it on May [redacted]. The representative informed me that there was a delay and will get it out asap and will call me the next day. The store failed to contact me thereafter so I logged onto their website and to my surprise the order stated cancelled by customer. I went to customer support website and started a chat since there is no telephone number to call anyone. The rep stated they were out of stock and cancelled it. I spoke to the [redacted] and asked after 6 wks and after I called you realized you were out of stock. He looked into it and stated they cancelled the order because the price was wrong and refused to honor my order. The website still states ready to ship in 10 days for $122.56.Desired Settlement: I ordered the textbook for an exam. I just want the book asap.
