We ordered 1200 magazines from MGX. Several of the boxes were crushed and damaged. We were on a 6 day deadline. MGX offered to preprint them, only if we knew exactly how many were damaged or to give us 20%. The 20% refund would only have covered 100 magazines. 325 were damaged. We had to know immediate the magazine count that was damaged. We had to take off work, buy air tight bins since we were having to unbox ALL of our magazine and repack them in a humid environment. We lost wages and the cost of the boxes. They required the count. We needed the magazines ASAP. We needed to count them that day. The fact that we had to was not our fault. They offer a client advantage hassle free satisfaction policy. They admitted we had no other choice but do this but called what we had to do a "compromise." between us. We did nothing wrong. There is nothing to compromise about. We should not be out any money.
