Review: I ordered a print head recovery over a year ago. I sent in my 1500 dollar print head for repair. I paid almost 500 dollars for the repair. I even bought insurance on shipping through their site. I never received my print head back. I never received my money back. I have been calling for over a year and they always say they will call me back or they won't pick up.Desired Settlement: I just want them to return my print head and my payment.
