Review: On June 11th 2013 I purchased an "[redacted] Lightning Cable" from Print Facility to charge my [redacted]. Upon opening the box it was clear the product inside was not an "[redacted]" product. The cable was defective and it did not charge my phone when plugged into my [redacted] my phone said "this accessory is not supported" which means the product was indeed not an "[redacted]" product just a product placed in an [redacted] box. Upon trying to remove the defective cable from my phone the defective device damaged my phone because it was not the proper device. I checked my receipt from Print Facility which did not say anything about final sale so I emailed [redacted] from Print Facility to let her know I would like a refund or exchange. She rudely replied that she can't exchange it. The cable was not an authentic [redacted] product and was placed in an [redacted] box and sold to me and also damaged my phone equipment in the process. I sent [redacted] a reply to which she never responded. I would like a full refund on this product and also to have her store checked for authenticity of products being sold as her store is located in a corporate building.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on this fake product.
