So I have dealt with town & country for some times and nevet had any problems with there vehiclesI'm very very disappointed in how Bob and Jeff talk to people And put your business out to other people that's not even on your accountYes I got behind on my truck payment but went in to get it caught up and Bob told all my businessSo after I pay my truck offI will never ever use them againAnother thing is my grandmother was going going to buy a car from them and we test drove a couple cars and Jeff got really rude with her so we left and she has a very reliable carso people be.very careful with these rude [redacted] peopleBad for business

Upon receiving this complaint, I immediately called [redacted] on July 21, to speak with him about it I scheduled an appointment to get his truck inspected by a third party mechanic who is not bias towards [redacted] or Town & Country Motors [redacted] did not show up to his appointment nor did he bother to call and cancel He finally called Wednesday afternoon and asked if he can still bring the truck in I rescheduled an appointment for Thursday with [redacted] *** I have asked him multiple times to send me a copy of the list of repairs from his mechanic As soon as I receive it, I will look at it and compare the two invoices from both mechanics The Buyers Warranty that Even signed clearly states "powertrain only," which is engine and transmission Town & Country Motors is not required to fix anything additional; however, we strive to make all of our customers happy and we want [redacted] to be a satisfied customer As soon as I receive his list of repairs, I will contact him directly and workout a solution.Thank you, [redacted] ###-###-####

They lied from the start and promised things they never honored! The finance person by the name of *** was very disrespectful and would not return any of my phone callsVery poor staff, the vehicle that I purchased was a piece of garbage! it needed new tires a/c was not working the drivers side window did not roll downwhen I picked up the car it smelled like cigarette smoke with ashes everywhere and food crums all over the floor and seatsBy law when selling the car they are suppose to emission it before delivery and they never did it, so that delayed me from receiving my plates!! They kept calling me so I could take the car in for the emission test, I never took the car in for the test and a month later I received my plates for my car.....how is that possible if I did not take the car in for the emission test???? Since they do all of there emissions there at the dealership and have full control of the emission system they did FRAUD to magically make my car take the emission test because the car was with me the hole time and I did not take it in to the dealership! The last time I was in there the finance guy *** and the OWNER himself where having a huge argument exchanging curse words and they both seemed to be heavily intoxicatedVery unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers

I recently purchased a vehicle from Town and Country Motors and they made my experience very easy Thank you *** for selling me a good, reliable truck!

Ms [redacted]' recollection certainly has a great deal of inaccurate information. First, the original down payment written on the windshield of the vehicle was $1600.00. We accepted $1200.00 that day on a contractual contingency that Ms [redacted] would make up the diffrence ($400.00} on a future date she selected, 07/07/2017. At no time was that $400.00 deferred payment waived . The contract does have a monthly payment set at $320.00, however Ms [redacted] finally admitted she owed the $400.00 due 07/07/2017 but could not make the payment. As a alternative, Town &Country Motors and Ms [redacted] agreed on an amendment to the contract, calling for an additional $100.00 per month added to her $320.00 (totalling$420.00} for four months. This agreement was written by me, Robert Peterson, and sign by me on 07/12/2017 as I was unable to be present the next day. Ms [redacted] signed said agreement on 07/13/2017 and was also signed by the Sales Manager Jeff W[redacted]. The dates of the contractual amendment were specificaly included as such: $420.00 due 07/22/2017, 08/22/2017,09/22/2017, and 10/22/2017 When Ms [redacted] was called on 07/24/2017 Iwas in fact in my office listening to the conversation between Dulce (Office Manager) and Ms [redacted]. Ms [redacted] was also contacted by Jeff (Sales Manager) asking for proof of Insurance which Ms [redacted] could not provided. Ms [redacted] was now deliquent on her monthly payment as  well as being uninsured and said she would not be making her car payment because she submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com. The fact that Ms [redacted] had no intention of making the payment in addition to driving the vehicle 2000 miles uninsured, Town & Country Motors had no other alternative than to repossess the vehicle. Town & Country Motors is not in the business of ..loaning.. vehicle to uninsured driver for a month or more allowing them to drive 2000 miles without paying for the vehicle. This is exactly what Ms [redacted] did! Consequently, there is no basis for returningany money toMs [redacted] but Town & Country Motors agrees not to submit this repossession to the credit bureau thus damaging Ms [redacted]' credit for future purchases.

Horrible experience with Town & Country Motors. The lack of customer service and humble atmosphere is the reason I will NEVER do business with them again, or send any referrals. I called 3 times to get an issue resolved and I received disrespect from [redacted]. He actually told me I was wrong and he didn't agree and hung the phone up in my face. I finally got a hold of the General Manager-[redacted] and he ignored my concern and negative experience I had with [redacted]. He acted like it didn't exist.

I had a really great experience at Town and Country Motors. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable, used car.
