This is an entirely unacceptable response and contains a blatant falsehoodI placed the order on May The confirmation email I received said the order would take 2-
weeksThe "order status" website, which I only saw after placing the order, states the order would take 4-weeksAs of today, it has been weeksIt is simply not true that the order will be fulfilled "as stated on [their] website" because we are already beyond the time stated on the websiteIn addition, the response doesn't include any confirmation of when the order will be sentSimply saying "customer will receive his order" without confirming when that will happen is utterly ridiculous
