Review: I accepted the final proof for my business cards but what I was sent by the company didn't look anything like the proof I had originally approved. The type was off center and they shrunk the main graphic to a smaller size. It didn't look like the proof I had approved. I returned the cards because they said they would redo them and get back to me with another proof to approve ASAP. They received the business cards mailed by be, which is verified by USPS, on March [redacted]. I've emailed and called them several times with no answer. They haven't returned any of my emails. It's been a month and a half since they received the business cards.Desired Settlement: I emailed them and told them I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and go to small claims court in California if the matter wasn't settled. At this point, I do not want to do business with this company and I would like a refund on my order. The amount I paid for the business cards was $270.
