Placed an order for 5,000 envelopes. They were to ship in 14 days and 30 days later I called the company to find out that the material would not be in for another 14 days and there would be another 14 days before it shipped. When I told the customer service person I wanted a refund, they didn't seem surprised and I suspect it is a normal occurrence for the company. It would have been a good idea to let the customer know what the problem know rather than hiding their lack of service.
