Review: Received an estimate to get hats made for my company. 12 hats twill snap-back with my logo and 12 hats mesh snap-back with my logo. I got a estimate of two weeks for the delivery. Received the hats around a month. I wish I can post a picture because these are terrible. The alignment of the logo is off and the print for the logo is runny. I forgot I had the word "garbage" in my vocabulary until I saw these hats. The twill hats are not snap-back they're flex fit. Ive text and emailed and all I get are excuses. "I'll call you tomorrow", "I'll call you Friday". I just wanted them to be fixed and have the right twill hats. Now it has been three weeks with no answer or even try to contact me. Now I would like to get my money back and be done.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $393.05.
